Since I moved inside the loop I haven't found one salon that was worth the price you pay to live in the city until now. I read great reviews on Citysearch and figured why not? When I called to make the appointment, what I thought was the receptionist was extremely nice and professional and did not rush anything. I found out at the end of our call it was the owner Eduardo. The good experience continued into the salon and Rosie, the other owner (they are newlyweds and such a nice couple), was so welcoming and refreshing, and she did the best color job on my hair - EXACTLY the shade I wanted, not too light, not too dark - just perfect. Then Loni did my cut and even when she was juggling customers made no attempts to rush anything at all. Not even the blowdry. The cut was perfect. I went for bangs and she did them the perfect length. This salon knows how to run a business and when I checked out the prices seemed under what some other salons charged. I hope I made up for it in tip because they deserved it! The atmosphere was great too. I will be back many times...
