Would not return my money when I was unable to use progressive lenses due to their lack of knowledge. The frames I chose would have never allowed me to be able to use, or get used to progressives lenses due to the small area of the lense in the frame I chose. They shoud've know you need 16+ in size to use progressive lenses. The frames I chose were 14 in size. I lost over $500.00 in frames and lenses with them.
