I purchased my wedding gown at this shop, and was told it was designed but an "exclusive, private label designer" who only sold to a few select shops in the country. I was suspicious that I couldn't find out anything about the designer online, but I was told by the shop that he didn't even have a website because he was secretive about his designs and didn't want anyone copying them. Two weeks before my dress came in, I discovered by stumbling across a photo online that my dress was actually made by a MAJOR BRIDAL LABEL and it was on their best-seller list! Worse, The Bridal Suite charged me almost THREE TIMES more than multiple other salons were selling the dress for. The Bridal Suite removed the original tag and put their own in the dress. I had to fight hard for a partial reimbursement of my 60% deposit before I walked out with the dress. It was incredibly stressful and definitely NOT what I wanted my wedding gown experience to be.
