I visit spas frequently and I have to share something with folks here. I get "marketed" to constantly, e-mailers, ads, e-mails asking me to vote, discounts if I vote for Best Spa, postcards, phone calls...one salon/spa (that is really BIG) called me 3 times! I love Aequis because they are what they say they are. They really care about their customers, I have never had a hounding 2 or 3 e-mails asking me to "vote" for them...I get a confirmation call 2 or 3 days ahead of time, I get a thank you note. That's it. Thank you Aequis Spa for not treating me like all I am is a Visa Card and a Vote. Thank you for being kind to my mother when I brought her in. Thank you for making a beautiful Spa in Portland that doesn't make me feel like I have to buy something every time I come in the door. I'll keep going to different spas for the variety...but I've never, ever had the experience anywhere that I've had at Aequis. Thank you!
