Upon calling this office to ask for assistance, this is what I encountered...\r
1. No one ever answers the phone\r
2. The staff is rude and quick to get you off the phone\r
3. Unable to have my records transferred to another doctors office ( I thought they were MY records in the first place)\r
Customer service is not their forte!
