I have regrettingly been a member of the Greenwich Village Biscuits and Bath for over a year and would not recommend anyone bring their dog here. My dog often comes out smelling of urine and needs a bath right away. I have often had to complain of him having feces encrusted in his collar. They do not properly supervise the dogs actions. We have gone through three collars after having them chewed on by other dogs at the facility. He has come out with burns on his neck from the other dogs pulling on his collar while the caretakers should have been watching them. Recently he was attacked by another dog while in their care, bitten three times from behind. Biscuits and Bath immediately took him to the vet where he had to be treated for the wounds. They refused to take any responsibility for the attack and would not even tell me what dog had attacked mine or any proof of its shots. After calling them numerous times throughout the day, the manager would not take or return my calls. Who knows if this dog will be back into the day care with other dogs tomorrow. Don't risk it. It's not worth the harm to your pet, vet bills, and aggravation of their poor service.
