This may not be the most appropriate forum, but as Dr Kano, with one scathing review, I feel the need to defend myself. Yes I recommended myself 'high' because I do care about my patients, but I know that I will not please everyone. \r
First of all, I am very sorry that the reviewer had such a negative experience at my office. \r
I will be moving to a brand new (sparking clean) office at 1255 19th St. suite #102, on July 9th, so I hope this addresses the first issue. As for my staff, I feel that they are personable, competent, and dependable, but you can't like everyone. At least they are likely to be the same people who have worked for me for many years, and not someone who will only be around for 6 months. \r
There is NO compensation for any medications that I recommend or sample.\r
I try my best to provide personal service to my patients, and I try to be compassionate. I try not to rush patients through and feel strongly about preventive medicine. I'm afraid that I missed the mark with this woman, and apologize for her bad experience. I hope she finds an physician/office that will address her issues much better than I was able to.
