This was my first time getting my carpets cleaned and I couldn't be any happier with this experience. When I called to schedule an appointment, Preston asked me if I wanted a crew to come out that day. Instead, I scheduled for the next day. Miguel and Israel were great and hard-working people. They were on time, courteous, explained the process, demonstrated, and finished the job with 2 hours. I stayed in the house the whole time and the fumes were not overpowering. The carpets were ready to walk on within minutes after they had finished the job. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends. Also, I would definitely use them again.
