I called Carpet Dryclean on Friday and had my pick of times for a service appointment on Monday. Unlike many so-called ""service"" companies, it was treated as an appointment -- Miguel arrived at our house promptly at the agreed-upon time and was extremely personable in explaining the process and refining the over-the-phone estimate quote (I didn't know the square footage of my house at the time of the appointment, and the cleaning is charged on an exact square footage basis). The phone quote was almost exactly the measured quote and my carpets ended up precisely as promised (clean, dry, and ready to live on without waiting) with absolutely no surprises when the service was completed. We will definitely use them again next year and recommend them to anyone looking for organic, non-toxic carpet cleaning in the Triangle.
