OM Time has a wonderful selection of classes to choose from at a variety of times during the week. Their teachers are experienced and enthusiastic. This studio has so many workshops and series classes available for all levels of Yogis. I praise their participation in the Yoga community, they are a great resource in the area. I highly recommend them.
