I used to go the Crystal Nails. The ladies that work there are kind, nice and professional. Also, they do a fantastic job!!! The shop is very clean. I would give this shop 5 stars if it wasn't for the manager/owner. Remember the Soup Nazie on Seinfeld???? Well, she is the Nail Nazie. I requested the same person to do my nails, because I got to know her and she was always consistent in her work. The manager/owner would speak about me in her native language and call me this employee's Mommy - just because I wanted my appt with this person. How do I know this? The staff at the shop told me what was being said. Also, I had to reschedule one appt, and missed one appt - this was over a 1 yr period. Because of that, the Nail Nazie would not let me make apptmts more than one hour ahead of time. The Nail Nazie was always rude to me and the two times she did my nails, it was not a very good job - they were uneven and thick. Finally, I just quit going. I still miss the great job the ladies do, but I will not be treated that way and pay them to do it.
