After botching my own hair I walked in to the salon to ask about walk-ins. They said they do take them but Bob was the only one and he was booked up and there was a line. He had me call back at 7:30 at night and they asked me to come back at 8:45 pm! I was shocked. They stayed late for me. He cut my hair and we had great conversation that was not gossip, but intelligent and stimulating. He also had me come back two days later and Masood repaired my color at a great rate! They worked with my crazy schedule and I felt like the hospitality and VIP service was a rare find for L.A. I felt like I found a good group of friends that just happen to work together. Bob has done an amazing thing at creating such a beautiful environment for people to be pampered. \r
