Well let me first off say that my family has bought 4 cars from Bell Ford and we have always been treated right up until now! I went to buy a 2007 F150 and got a run around like I never though. First my husband and I were ont he loan but when we went to finance only I was on the loan, they never told us that. Then it took them 23 days to process my papers when they said it woudl take 3-4 days, so the trade-in I gave them was late on a months payment and I had them calling me wondering where the payment was. I had to go to there location 2 seperate times because they forgot to have me sign one paper or another, and the promised one interest rate and put 2 different ones in front of me. Then I had to deal with there sevice department. They scrathed my truck, lost my spare key, and when taking off a sticker ruin the tint job I had on there!!! I couldn't beliebe all this happend in one trip. So I made an appointment for 2 weeks out to get all this fixed on a Saturday, but they had the nerver to call me the FRIDAY before to tell me that no one works in the body shop on Saturdays! WHAT?? Why did you schedule me then! Oh and did I mention I live in Tucson and came up to PHX to buy this truck! BOY what a MISTAKE that was! DO NOT, I mean DO NOT buy a Ford Truck of any kind from them! Lazy / non-calling back - people! YOU MAKE ME SICK! Pros: NOTHING! But they kept telling me to give them an A on their card they send out! Yea right! Cons: RUDE - LAZY - NEVER A CALL BACK! more
