I think the same disgruntled person is writing all the negative reviews because I cannot imagine so many people having bad experiences here. The decor is spectacular, the vibe is cool, music is great, food is delicious...what more are people looking for? If you want cheap food in a no frills environment, go to IHOP and order waffles for God's sake. If you want Suzi the friendly waitress breaking her back for you with smiles and compiments, then move to flyover country. This is Manhattan. People are not always sugar sweet. I absolutely loved this restaurant. It's expensive, and probably not so good for a romantic outing just because of it's massive size. Go in a small group during the week and you'll have a great time.
