Don't rent unless in desperate need. The place is cheap, the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors every step, the landlord is rude, the maintanence takes forever, fosset leaks like crazy. When we moved in, we realized that the shower head and the refrigerator were held together by tape!! All in all, you get what you pay for.
