I went to Harvey's for the first time tonight and the experience will not soon leave my mind. We arrived early and waited to be seated. Once seated, we waited over 20 minutes just for the waitress to take our order. It took another hour for our food to arrive. Our appetizers arrived with our meal. We kept asking the waitress about our order and she said "Any minute now". We saw people get seated after us, order after us, get their food before us, finish their meal and have their plates taken away before we even got our round of drinks. The chicken was dry and the bun for the burger was burnt to a crisp. The waitress would not discount the tab or bring us the manager when we asked repeatedly. It was hard to enjoy the comedians when you spend your time hungry and bickering with the waitress. The waitress looked at the receipt I signed and noticed there was no tip and proceeded to argue further and ruin our time even more. We will never go back and I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
