First of all, the parking lot is triple parked so you feel awkward when you arrive and have no place to park. I have a problem with my drive train and they promised me they would get me a diagnosis the same day. I drop it off at 9am and pick it up at 5:30. They said they didn't have the time to look into it and to come back in a week in and a half. (I really needed this work done because I'm trying to sell my vehicle. ) Why didn't they just tell me they were busy in the first place? I also had them do an oil change. After leaving I drive 2 blocks away and stop at a stop light and my oil cap goes flying off my car. They never put it back on the engine!!!!!!! Luckily I saw it go flying and was able to get out of my car at the stop light and pick it up. If I didn't notice, it could have fried my engine. I'm never going back.

Cons: No parking, Forgetting to do very important obvious things!
