I would not recommend this service to anyone I know. The lady called and canceled my first appointment a couple of hours before they were supposed to arrive, which was fine because life happens and things come up. She rescheduled with me for the following day, a Saturday, because she couldn't fit me in for another week and I had company coming in a couple of days. I left my house all day on Saturday so they could come and no one ever showed up! I left my key under the mat and my alarm off for a whole day while there was construction going on across the street from me, which always makes me nervous, because I expected that someone would be there and they weren't. Worse than the fact that they didn't show up is that I called them once I realized no one had shown up to reschedule or at least find out what happened and I never got a call back and I left several messages. The least I expected was an apology. Apparently this service is so busy they don't need anymore business so do them, and yourself, a favor and find another cleaning service to use.
