My house is 16 years old and never cooled or heated properly before yet still I had outrageous utility bills. I checked them out with Trane, and the register of contractors and as they claim, no complaints against them ever. The work was done when they said it would be and without any surprise costs. They even repaired my ice-maker for me at no charge! My units work better than ever and are less ""tons"" than the old ones. My electric bill went down 60%. A++.
