I went to Visible Changes based on positive feedback from diffrent people. I was expecting this great haircut of my life. Well, the first time I went I explained how I wanted my hair done. Well it didn't turn out the way I wanted, I was very dissapointed because everybody raved about them. I called them and told them I was not happy with my haircut so they said I could come in within 7 days and have it redone, which I proceeded to do. I told them I only wanted it texturized a little bit more so I could flip it out. Now my hair is WAY shorter then when I went in and STILL does not have the style I wanted. I feel I could have went to a somewhere else and spent a lot less money for what I got. I tried several hours last night trying to make it do somthing for work this morning. A place with their reputation, I should not have had to do that!
Pros: Very modern atmosphere, very clean, people are nice
Cons: expensive, quality not what I would expect from price.
