I've been a Fujiya fan for 10 - 12 years since they were in the old building. Lately, my visits have been less impressive. The atmosphere is great and the staff rules, but the sushi seems to be declining in quality. I would never say such a thing of my favorite place if it wasn't consistent. I eat there at least twice a week. Presentations are not as nice, even slapped together sometimes I wanted to return it. The past six visits the sashimi was not even sliced properly, we had to pull out the tendon to chew it. Its slowly turning into fast food sushi. I hope they improve cause I really love the atmosphere.
