Bad news. Stay away. Nothing will ever get fixed. Everything appears to be okay at first, but there will be problems (frozen pipes, vandals, etc.). The office staff is horrible and so are maintenance. Total lack of security. DON'T RENT FROM LOBOS.
Cons: Staff and attitude. Lack of service.
