I have been to many tapas restaurants but this one beats them all.  I actually read about Toro in Boston Magazine and was impressed by its accolades.  I finally got to go two weeks ago and it definitely lived up to its reputation.  The wait was reasonable especially for a Saturday night.  I think I scared my waiter with my enthusiasm to try the oysters (which I highly recommend.)  The food was fantastic and we tried ALOT.  The only thing I didn't get to try, but will the next time, is the paella as the people sitting next to me we ranting and raving about theirs.  Would go there again in a heartbeat.
Pros:  The food, obviously
Cons:  Service could have been a bit more upbeat.
