My husband had a billing question which was turned into a confrontation by the Patriot Waste representative. When my husband asked to speak to the owner/manager, the woman on the phone said that she was that person, which was sad. I've yet to meet a business owner as rude as that woman. At the end of the conversation, my husband said that we would be switching waste service. The woman said that even if we wanted to return to Patriot Waste at a later date she would refuse our patronage. Wow! Not a smart business owner, and very unfriendly customer service.
