Everyone was really nice, and CLEAN! I loved that the most, they were SO clean. All the drains were cleaned after each customer, and all the tools were taken out of a new, sealed bag. I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness. The spa chairs were great, they massage you while you sit there (and the chairs ARE NOT ripped up, that other review must be old). I recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for great customer service, and a relaxing, feel-good time.
