Steven, the owner of Sensia, contacted me via email the day after my ""no show"" debacle. I was able to talk to him today and not only did he apologize for my experience, but he has gone above and beyond the call of duty by volunteering to send me a gift certificate for both treatments I had scheduled. I had expected him to offer me a massage since that's what got screwed up, but instead he offered to pay for both the massage and the facial. Personally, I didn't see that coming and I'm going to have to re-devote myself to Sensia. I'm so pleased that Steven exceeded my expectations. And, he was nice about it. Anyone can apologize for something, but not every business would volunteer so much to keep a customer around. more
