i called a week in advance to see if i could get my dog groomed while they would be boarded, no problem they told me. They gave me no other info what so ever, then on the morning i dropped both my dogs off I again mentioned that I would like to have one groomed while we were away, The owner went into a tirade of how he works 60-80 hours a week and that he NEVER grooms on the weekends and on and on and on, so finally I said that we would just have to bring her back another time for the grooming. Then we were suddenly informed we needed shot records, none of this information was given to me over the phone. Again, the owner went into a frenzy telling me how I was at fault for not listening to the person I spoke to when I called to make the reservation.
