I received a facial at glow, but I didn't really come out with that "glowing" skin that everyone keeps talking about. I told the aesthetician everything I specifically looking for to improve my skin and kept asking her a questions on what I need to do to achieve it, but I didn't really get any clear answers. She didn't explain what she was doing or even what kind of facial she was doing based on my skin needs. And she got the mask in my eye two times...which included the Lactic acid--and that buuuuuuurns. I really wanted to see what all the hype is about this place...but I left a little disappointed. But I must say in all this negativity that there are very nice "add ons" to experience...such as a mini neck/head/shoulder massage.
