Shannon is a hill of fun, but she's not just a great personality. I went to her after having several disappointing waxes at various spas around town and wanting to see if her claim matched reality. I was very happy with my first wax, and have been extremely happy since. The brazilian wax was the least painful and best wax I've had, and I have been to several places that claim to be the best brazilian around.
The only negative thing I have to say about Urban Waxx is that it's really hard to find. First timers, get to 17th and Lovejoy a good 5 mins early and call Shannon to walk you through finding her :)
Pros: Amazing wax, Shannon is lots of fun, great little studio
