My trainer Craig recommended I join Valens to try to lose by belly fat. While I work really hard with my exercise, the nutrition and food choices are probably something needing lots of work. I love the fact that nutrition regimen which they designed for me allowed me to still enjoy food I like. My waist size has gone down from 38 to 33 so far (My goal is to get to 30). The best part is that the docs and dietitian Karla are focused on answering my question during my weekly visit. I'd highly recommend the Valens Program to anyone who needs that extra encouragement to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
