Very nice on the phone when setting up dates and such. Was told they would call the day before to confirm. Waited all day for them to call. After calling 5 times the night before I finally got a call back at 9 pm. I said I wanted 2 movers, and I got 3 and had to pay for it. Showed up late. The helpers were nice but they guy leading was rude. After they left and we started unpacking we discovered several broken expensive tems.
Pros: Flexible were ok making stops along the way
Cons: Rude, and not careful with clearly marked fragile things.
