The store is obviously understaffed. Gotta watch that bottom dollar. The staff knows next to nothing about computers or how to operate their own ordering system so expect long waits.\r

Prices are terrible compared to Best Buy/Walmart and especially online vendors (obviously). But, they can charge whatever they want for office supplies. If you need something in a pinch they are the only one's in town since they ran out the local competition.
