This places is just wonderful. Friendly staff, good and attentive yet non-intrusive service at the sushi bar.
The fish is supreme. It's traditional sushi with very subtle, artful touches on some items. The giant scallops with artisan black salt and a squeeze of lime juice is heavenly. The albacore belly simply melted in your mouth, garnished with the perfect amount of fresh uzu and a hint of soy sauce. Everything in the omakase was excellent.
The place is cozy and inviting, never seems overly packed.
If you're looking for overly dressed up rolls, go elsewhere. This is purist sushi
