On 5/28/07. I took my car in for an oil changed at Monro Muffler Brake at 8811 Brier Creek Parkway, Raleigh, NC 27617. 919-806-3493 this is the 3rd times that I took the car in for oil change. But this time I was HIT with a $29 oil changed bill. \r

Previously, I paid $21. What the manager Mike A Haller told me was that since the filter is not in stock. They have to get it somewhere else and I have to pay for it. Even though he made no mention of it when I took the car in, he told me that It?s not his problem that the inventory is not correct, he forcefully points out that it?s a waste of time to check the inventory, it slows his crew down, it still took 1.5 hours for my oil change. He got the nerve and demanded that I paid the bill or else he?ll just put my old oil filter and the old oil back in. I had to argue with him until another customer came in. His tone sure changed fast. I was amaze that he try to slam me with additional extra charges too. $2.25 recycle fee,
