Funny how you can totally tell when an employee is posting a review about their salon...its the only positive review among all of the other reviews of clients who had to compromise or loose out on a professional and enjoyable experience. Let me break it down for all of you; when a company grows to this size and forgets about all of the "kinks" it needs to work out at its existing locations its not worth your TIME or MONEY. Everything is an inconvenience to the staff. Policies, services, prices, expectations are always fluctuating. My co-worker received a whole hair color free because she changed her mind and I have had multiple appointments lost because of their incompetent staff and I got jack! I don't want anything for free I just want some one to accomodate me to the best of their ability and apologize. As I have tried to keep my patience with this company I have realized there is no use putting faith in to a company that does not give a rip about their clients. We may live in a smaller urban area, but don't forget folks you are surrounded by awesome salons and spas like Carenza, VICI Capelli, GAIA Microspa and Actea just to name a few. Get out there and see what talent and service is like...Leave Neroli in the dirt where they belong.
