She is very fake in her interactions with patients. She will pretend like she cares about what's going on with you and pretend that she has your best interest in mind but in reality, she just has dollar signs flashing in her eyes. She just wants to do everything she can to help the practice scam your insurance company for all the money they are gullible to give them. She will go as far as to tell the other employees how to do their jobs to maximize the amount of money the practice can get from each client...... even if it's not legal or ethical! Do not get sucked in by the fake smile and the cheesy act she puts on, it's all part of the SCAM!!!!
