We keep going back to Watercourse because we love the food. The creative meals and quality ingredients have us craving it every weekend. I don't know how the service was at the old location, but it can take up to an hour to be seated on the weekends. And, although they can seat larger groups, be prepared to wait! And waiting for a table is only half the battle. We have NEVER gotten our food in under a half hour, and have sometimes waited over an hour. If they could speed up the service it would prevent the long line at the front door. I recommend taking a book, and being prepared for a 2 hour commitment.
