I brought in a travel bag that was under warranty. Hassan told me there'd be a $12 ""handling fee."" I said that there should be no fee because the bag is under warranty. Hassan said, O.K., that he was told to state the fee, but that if the customer ""gives us trouble,"" that the fee would be waived. I said, I hope I'm not giving you trouble, I just don't think the fee makes sense for a bag that is under warranty. In any event, the fee was waived.\r

It was ""promised"" (written right on the invoice) within 10 days. Now it is 15 days later and the bag is not ready. Not that they have bothered to inform me of the delay. I called May 9,. was told I'd get an update on May 10. Now it is May 11 and still nothing...and no response to my telephone inquiry earlier today. \r

If this is the type of service you enjoy and expect, then by all means you should come to this place.
