Miguel Polo and his crew were very professional and thorough. We bought this house 9 months ago and just got around to cleaning the carpets. I wish we had done it sooner. They did a FANTASTIC job!\r

The only problem I had was with an artificially low phone estimate, but Miguel placed a call to the office and got the number down to a more reasonable figure.
Pros: Professional and courteous
Cons: Pricing is a bit high, but I'm beginning to see the value in their service.
