Fitness one was the worst experience i have ever had in 12 years of working out. their customer service was the worst i have ever had in any place of buisness. the managment makes me wonder if they have ever had a gym or an education at all.. the amazing thing about this review is i have not personally experienced anything other than very bad serice from the gym. but i have personally seen several blatant screwings if you will with prices and know the bruce family personally (the owners) who are a bunch of liers and theifs if u ask me.From the dad on down to the pathetic genreal manager at the newest 303 gym.Why right this some may ask? well its simple im tired of places like this and even though this may not make the gym close (WHICH I HOPE IT DOES) at least it may stop a few people from making th same mistake i did and join.
