Consistently beg for a rare (just run it thru a warm kitchen -- if one red-capped toothpick inserted means rare, I want four) burger, favorite being the Bleu Baron. Invariably, dining mates who ask for 'medium' get pinker burgers. Went to Kilroy's on Buffalo today for the first time in months and got a gray Bleu Baron, while those I was with were complaining about how very too rare their's (four cheese burger and bacon burger) were. Server could have cared less. Even overcooked, the burgers are wonderful. The fries and onion rings are the best in town. Didn't make a big stink because I was afraid of a sneezeburger (I'm from New York). New buns are nowhere near as good as the former potato buns, but it's great to have the beans back rather than that soggy coleslaw. Amazing amount of food for nominal price, and everyone is very friendly. Just bring a picture of a RARE burger if you order the Bleu Baron. It's a comfort to know they're serving their good food again. And who knows -- maybe if my next Bleu Baron is gray, I'll get smart and switch to one of their magnificent salads.\r

Right. Like that'll EVER happen.\r

Fat Tire on tap is cold and magical. Was disappointed they don't have pitchers, tho. \r

Truly is the best burger in Las Vegas. Just wish they could get that Bleu Baron thing fixed.....\r

Pros: It's a burger joint. Purports to be nothing more.
Cons: See Pros.
