This place is incredible. I live in NY now and when I return to LA I make sure to go to scoops. His flavors are more innovative than anywhere that I've ever been. His prices are so reasonable as well - it's hard to not get a schoop of everything he has.\r

I wish the texure of his ice creams had a more 'luxurious' texture (gelato like). The texture could use an improvement - but that's still not enough to loose a star. 5 STARS for scoops. I'm Drooling already...\r
