I have yet to have a single good experience with this place. This is the last chance, I will never order from here again. The people on the telephone taking orders have to be some of the rudest bunch I have ever encountered! They act as if the customer is bothering them to have an order placed. I have news for you, without the customer, you wouldn't have a job. Learn a little customer service skills or even just general manners might help. Also, the food is mediocore. I have had better, I have had worse. It's nothing special. Finally, I have not had them once bring me the correct order. Missing food items, different side items than the one's asked for and so on. \r
In conclusion, if you are looking for lunch or dinner, may I suggest one of the other hundreds of tenacious places in Medford. Ordering from The Tasty Gourmet will leave you dissatisfied and quite honestly, angry.
