I was a client at Jose Eber for about two years -- driving up from Orange County to get my hair done. In that time, I had my hair colored by Moonie, cut by Paul Jean and my hair extensions done by Edward. I never left the salon feeling anything less than pampered and looking like a million bucks. The stylists truly worked as a team and client service was their top priority. It was also generally pretty easy to get appointments, as the stylists were very accommodating with their schedules and understood the needs of their busy clientele. My only complaint was [obviously] the sky high prices, but sometimes you get what you pay for in life. I ended up changing salons when I got my extensions removed to try to find something more economical and closer to home (I ended up moving to Marina Del Rey), only to end up really unsatisfied in the end.
