As the Medical Director at Refine, I find it disturbing that a competitor would try using an anonymous reviewer to lie about Refine and portray them as anything but the excellent provider of laser hair treatment that they truly are. Their training and quality care are second to none. Certain dermatologists are attempting to corner the market on spa and laser treatments by manipulating the media, lobbying legislators, and dirty tricks like the posting above in an attempt to charge higher fees for poorer service. They should be ashamed.
