I originally had them cut my lawn bi-weekly, after the first year they were ok, the second year they would miss large spots on my lawn, at first I passed it off as an honest mistake, but it kept continuing week after week and in different spots. Try calling them, all you get is the mailbox cannot accept anymore messages. I cancelled the third year and they sent me a bill for coming out two times. They did such a horrible job, i didn't even know they came out. Here's the kicker, they changed my maintanence schedule from being bi-weekly to be weekly, WITHOUT letting me know. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY OF YOUR LAWN MAINTENANCE.
Pros: Only company that came out bi-weekly, but they don't do that anymore
Cons: Hard to reach, quality of work is extremly low
