Ate dinner here twice and it wasn't bad, but the special brunch deals are a blatant rip-off. We took my mother here on Mother's Day - prix fixe at $30 per person for four of us. No drink included, not even coffee. Muffins to start, then a choice of five dishes (we all had the eggs florentine - terrible). Twenty minutes after we finished eating the waiter brought us a plate of chocolate strawberries, two per person. With coffee, tax and a 10% tip - because the service was so bad - this cost $160. With a real tip it would have been $175, but the waiter was either high or hungover and did a terrible job. Anywhere else, this Sunday brunch might have run us $75 tops - restaurants like this make a killing on these days, such as Valentines, because they know they can charge anything and no one is going to complain or make a scene in front of their family. Everyone wants it to be a nice day, right? Our third and last time there.
