I took my wife's car to Pitstop because it often wouldn't start. The owner tested it out and told me I need to have a new alternator (at $498). Once I got the car back it ran for two days then died again. Same problem.\r

When I took it back they said, guess we were wrong. Now it needs the computer chip replaced (est. was $1000 and I had to leave the car for 2 weeks). When I asked why so long, I was rudely told that they were busy and I could either leave the car or take it away. So I took it to the Chrysler dealer in Bellevue. In less than an hour they told me I just needed the battery replaced, which they did for $80. Car has run without a problem for 3 weeks now.\r

Don't trust them. I did and it cost me big time.
Pros: Owner seemed nice
Cons: Wrong diagnosis. Expensive unneeded repairs. Rude when questioned.
