Wow, I walked by Holly's West the other day and there it was, a LA County sign on the door announcing ""Vermin Harborage and Infestation Violation, Sections 114030, 114030."" Vermin, doesn't that mean r - - s, and don?t they spread plague? Anyway, this place started out all right, but it's been on the slide and now collects a clientele that are ""not from around here,"" if you know what I mean. Lot?s of better places to buy those overpriced drinks, say bye-bye to Holly?s West.
