I never fill out comment cards or questionnaires. So I?m quite surprised to find myself actually writing a review. But it doesn?t compare to how surprised I was when I received a call from David of Wayne Thomas Salon asking about the haircut I had about three weeks ago. That?s right a phone call from a Salon!! I can?t even get a call back from my doctor. David asked me if I like what the stylist, Brian, had done with my hair, if I was able to style it the way he showed me and if there were any changes I wanted him to make. David made sure that if I was having any trouble styling my hair that I could go back and have Brian show me again. I couldn?t believe what I was hearing. I told David that I was very happy with my haircut and styling it was easy since Brian took the time to show me how to get the same look at home. As David asked me several questions, I realized I had absolutely no complaints. From the friendly greeting I received when I arrived, to Brian giving me his undivided attention when I told him what I wanted, to his professional input, to the final product ? it was great. Needless to say, ten minutes after I hung up with David, I called him back ? I?m getting my hair colored next week.
